Cancellations & Returns & Damages

Cancellations: We strive to process orders swiftly to ensure prompt delivery. Consequently, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it and cannot offer a refund. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at 0161 975 5360, and we will cancel and fully refund your order. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to discuss potential options for orders in process.

Returns:
We aim for your complete satisfaction with our products. If the items you receive do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them. Damages:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery, in full or in part. Please notify us immediately by contacting 0161 975 5360 or emailing customerservices@dpack.co.uk. Upon receiving your report, we will expedite a replacement.

Ownership and Terms:
For account holders, please be aware that all goods remain the property of Direct Packaging Solutions until full payment is received. All sales are subject to our terms and conditions, available upon request. We advise you to inspect your goods upon delivery carefully.

 

Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported within a 28-day period from delivery. Failure to do so will mean we are unable to accept any claims.
